So many employers require them to have experience that they didn't have a chance to earn. This is not fair. From the other hand, I agree with the author that it's possible to stand out of a crowd and impress the potential employer not only with a very good resume but also with the greet people skills, amazing work ethics, and extraordinary initiatives.
