New Client Partnering With Us Blog Contact Us		A Brief History of Vitaver & Associates, Inc. Pablo Vitaver started this Company in 1993, with offices in Plantation, Florida. Being a Computer Programmer (dBase III at the time), Pablo worked closely with managers and system users success depended, on reliable computer applications, timely and courteous service and skilled professionals. Understanding the needs, Pablo was asked by clients to negotiate on their behalf, for the acquisition of the talent needed to analyze, design, build and support mission-critical systems at a major credit card Company. It was apparent at the time, that the Marketplace was not ready to provide the quality and quantity of resources that the Client needed. The lack of support made it even more difficult to guarantee the services the existing staffing agencies where tasked to deliver, at any price. This need, which remains unchanged today, decided the startup of Vitaver & Associates, Inc. By remaining true to the principle of serving the clients’ needs at a reasonable cost, not wasting their time with unqualified candidates, and standing behind our commitments, V&A has been growing year after year, and has an impeccable record of customer service to clients, employees and contractors. Just as before, V&A continues to gather excellent surveys from all our clients.
