Director of Nursing
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client is looking for Director of Nursing in Marysville, OH.
Responsibilities:
• Directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standarts of care in accordance with current Federal, State and HCR ManorCare standards, guidelines and regulations;
• Conduct the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation - under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure;
• In absence of the Administrator, assume the responsibility for center operations.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of management experience in Healthcare;
• RN or registered nurse;
• Long term healthcare background;
• Associates degree in Healthcare.
