Director of Nursing Services (DON)
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full benefits.
Description: One of our Clients is looking for Director of Nursing Services (DON) in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and our standards, guidelines and regulations;
• Conduct the nursing process assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in long-term or acute health care;
• 2 years nursing supervisory experience;
• Currently licensed as RN in the state of Florida;
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
