Finance System Support Specialist
Est. Duration of 1st stage: 3-6 months.
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Health Care and Benefits Available.
Description: Our Client, a leading provider of customized healthcare administrative software products and services, is currently looking for a Finance System Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support to the Finance department;
• Assist the finance team with better utilization of technical resources;
• Administer and maintain the Coda financial system;
• Responsible for installation of version upgrades, system configuration, administration, security, capacity planning;
• Provide support for Hyperion Essbase, Monarch Data Pump, and Chesapeake escheatment software;
• Provide 24x7 on-call support.
Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting Coda and Lawson (required);
• Experience in application troubleshooting;
• Previous experience supporting production application in a 24x7 environment;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server;
• Experience with Windows Server monitoring tools;
• Microsoft Certifications;
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education and experience.
