IT Service Delivery Analyst / Remedy Administrator
Est. duration of 1st stage: 4 months.
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, a global hospitality company, is looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst / Remedy Administrator.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the definition and execution of various IT service delivery initiatives;
• The position will have primary responsibility and focus in working with ITSM tools and processes;
• This position will also provide input to developing an execution plan for the Design/Build/Test/Deploy phase;
• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to assist in the implementation of new service management initiatives;
• Provide SME guidance on installation/configuration of BMC Remedy components (Remedy and ITSM suite).
Requirements:
• Experience in configuring Remedy 7.5+;
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in three or more of the following areas:
- Service Level Management (admin);
- Service Catalog Management (admin);
- Metric Reporting;
- Service Request Management (admin);
- Vendor/Supplier Management;
- Process Management;
- Service Design;
• Experience with process redesign and/or strategic planning;
• Experience with architecture; developing, and documenting custom workflow/processes;
• Strong technical aptitude;
• Strong knowledge of the IT support environment;
• Experience in level 1 administration for BMC Remedy Service Desk 7.5+ (Service Request Management and Incident Management);
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio;
• Advanced knowledge of Remedy Service Request Management (SRM);
• Report writing (Crystal, Hyperion, BMC Analytics or other);
• ITIL Foundation Certification;
• 2+ years of BMC Remedy configuration, design and implementation;
• US Citizen and Permanent Residents only.
