Senior Applications Architect – Enterprise Solutions
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full benefits, Interview Travel Reimbursement.
Description: Our client is a global leader in the technology imaging industry looking for a Senior Applications Architect – Enterprise Solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Function as a solutions architect within the pre-project phases of an IT program, including development of future state designs and specifications for application and technical architectures;
• Be responsible for the design of new applications and oversee the technical staff involved with developing projects;
• Develop functional/technical designs and business processes for highly complex problems involving multiple applications or subject areas;
• Design and execute functional tests;
• Participate in decision making process around technology strategy;
• Conduct analysis on technical viability of solutions and provide guidance on delivery of complex projects;
• Work with business executives and end-users to conceptualize a new application project, recommend technical resources and strategies, and design technical solution projects;
• Assist with delivery of projects - on schedule, budget, quality and scope following defined processes/controls;
• Participate in work sessions as a subject matter expert;
• Perform quality checks on completed tasks and deliverables from the application design team;
• Manage on-going relationships with third party product and service providers.
Requirements:
• Experience in Information Technology (9+ years);
• Experience in ERP/CRM /EAI and development methodologies (7+ years);
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, CRM SaaS;
• Experience in Enterprise Mobility, Cloud Computing in general with end to end implementation experience;
• Experience with Salesforce SFDC, Force [dot] com;
• Experience with Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow;
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Sales Force configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls;
• Experience with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch;
• Programming experience with J2EE, Javascript, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle;
• Understanding of design principles , data modeling and entity relationship;
• Knowledge of service oriented architecture programming principles including but not limited to ERP systems;
• Knowledge of French (preferred);
• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Information Technology or related field;
• Work authorization: US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
