Java Developer
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full benefits.
Description: One of our direct Clients is looking for Java Developer.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design projects;
• Assist or lead the technical direction for implementation of projects;
• Coordinate and/ or participate in design activity with other team members;
• Act as a resource for testing, designing, and writing code for production quality software;
• Provide technical direction and guidance to less senior staff.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience as a Java Developer;
• Experience with Java and J2EE related technologies (JVM, JMS, Servlets etc.);
• Experience with Internet technologies and protocols (e.g. HTML, XML, TCP/IP, HTTP);
• Experience in creating or being part of creating high availability large volume systems;
• Experience with relational database management system RDBMS (Oracle);
• Experience with JavaScript, Perl and PHP;
• Experience in Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles and methodologies;
• Experience with frameworks like Struts, Hibernate and Spring;
• Experience with advanced programming environments and concepts (e.g. J2EE, multi-threaded programming, high availability design etc.) is a plus;
• Experience with coding control system and build tools (Maven/Ant);
• Experience with design patterns (Gang of Four);
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, TDD and XP);
• Experience with unit testing practices (desired);
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Simple Design;
• Experience with salesforce.com is a huge plus;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred;
• Work Authorization: US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
