Application System Analyst III (IS)
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for an Application System Analyst III (IS).
Responsibilities:
• Update ticket system by using the Problem Severity Matrix Standards or Request Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Coordinate program and/or data moves from development to test/education and production regions, set the standards for others to follow;
• Define business/maintenance problems or changes and develop conceptual solutions to solve these problems;
• Develop detailed, accurate, complete, cost-effective and resource-conservative design solutions that cleanly integrate with existing products;
• Perform routine support of assigned system;
• Solve system problems and issues in a timely and accurate manner;
• Work closely with customer, project team and vendors;
• Mentor and assist team members (provide technical guidance and/or business knowledge).
Requirements:
• Experience in IS applications (6 years);
• Experience in healthcare integration - HL7 protocol through use of IBM's ESB for Healthcare tools;
• Experience in WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), WebSphere Message Queueing (WMQ), Java, UNIX, TCP/IP, SNA-LU6.2 and flat file conversions;
• Experience with MicroSoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio);
• BS is required;
• Work authorization: US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
