Lead Software Engineer - API Development
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full benefits.
Description: One of our clients is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - API Development.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze programming requirements;
• Responsible for full lifecycle product development in C and C++ to support the API product line;
• Design, develop and test program code;
• Prepare system documentation.
Requirements:
• 5+ years C and C++ programming experience;
• Experience with high-performance systems and multi-threaded application development;
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, Multicast);
• Experience with Solaris, Redhat Linux distributions, and Microsoft Windows Application development;
• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts;
• Experience with Java and/or C# (is a plus);
• Experience with financial markets, development test tools e.g. Purify (is a plus);
• Experience with 64-bit or .Net application development (is a plus);
• Bachelor's Degree;
• Work authorization: US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
