Director of Product Quality
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full benefits available.
Description: Our client, a leading provider of PCI compliant software solutions, is looking for Director of Product Quality in Parsippany, NJ.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire product quality life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
• Develop a quality roadmap in alignment with the product roadmap;
• Work closely with the product leadership team to deliver innovative, world-class SaaS solutions;
• Implement quality into the current Scrum agile process;
• Develop test plan and test strategy to support the quality objectives;
• Develop quality metrics to measure quality in an agile environment;
• Be responsible for all aspects of product quality including performance, load and security testing.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of software product quality assurance, preferably with web-based software products;
• Working experience in a commercial software development environment and SaaS release cycles;
• 3+ years in leadership roles;
• 3+ years of experience implementing agile testing strategy;
• 3+ years implementing successful automation strategy;
• Hands-on experience with open-source and agile testing tools;
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and standards, extensive technical expertise and application of QA principles, concepts and theories.
