Manager of IT Sourcing Operations
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full Benefits available.
Description: Our Client, one of the largest hardware chains in the U.S., is looking for Manager of IT Sourcing Operations in Mooresville, NC.
Responsibilities:
• Establish processes for, and oversee, contract administration work;
• Manage ITSC (IT Support Center) Facilities;
• Oversee Resource Staffing Request process;
• Responsible for administration of the Sourcing SharePoint Site;
• Lead Sourcing Educational Sessions and Communications to IT and Service Provider;
• Collect and Review Requests for Master Professional Services Agreement;
• Develop and Ensure Documentation of Departmental Processes and Procedures;
• Implement new Sourcing tools and Applications;
• Conduct Internal Customer Surveys;
• Identify, evaluate and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
• Experience in IT sourcing and recruiting;
• Experience managing IT Support Centers;
• Experience in SharePoint;
• Experience leading educational sessions;
• US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
