Customer Engineer
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Description: Our Client, fast-growing startup focused on content discovery engineering, is looking for Data Architect.
Responsibilities:
• Manage technical engineering and support for customers’ integration with the enterprise web-based services;
• Build technical relationships with engineers and managers at a diverse range of websites, both large and small, that use our services;
• Configure services and develop tools to improve efficiency and reliability of integrations;
• Find creative solutions to customer needs, and troubleshoot integration problems and performance issues.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience with server-side web development in Java, Python, PHP, .NET, or other web frameworks;
• Experience with HTTP, web-based services, HTML, and CSS;
• Experience with Linux tools, JavaScript, and web front-end development preferred;
• Experience with web performance engineering or SEO preferred;
• Industry experience with customer relationships, externally (preferred) or internally;
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science.
