Kronos Technical Analyst
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full Benefits, Bonus Available, Interview Expenses are Reimbursed, Relocation Assistance Available.
Description: Our Client is looking for a Kronos Technical Analyst.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Kronos products;
• Modify and create data analysis tools and reports, create efficient HyperFind queries to provide access to data within data analysis tools;
• Automate business processes by setting up workflow notifications, scheduling reports, etc.;
• Troubleshoot common pay rule problems;
• Create and customize Function and Data Access Profiles to control access to data;
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
• Experience working with Kronos (2+ years);
• Experience with Kronos Architecture and products (Workforce Timekeeper, Scheduler, Forecast Manager, HyperFind queries);
• Experience developing Interfaces using Workforce Connect or Integration Manager;
• Experience with Kronos Standard and Advanced report setup and development;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
