Senior Business Systems Analyst
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Health Care and Benefits Available.
Description: Our Client, a public real-estate and timeshare resort developer that has been on the market for more than 40 years, is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Responsibilities:
• Work with business partners to obtain/define requirements;
• Create and maintain project plans;
• Work with business partners to define projects and assist in development of ROI and Business Justification analysis;
• Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts;
• Work with Application Development teams in resolving existing system and/or project related issues;
• Develop post implementation maintenance support procedures;
• Maintain solid working knowledge of functionality of existing applications and systems, where applicable;
• Document and maintain detailed functional specifications from which system changes can be developed;
• Ensure integration of automated business functions and their related data across impacted applications or tools.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (6+);
• Experience managing Enterprise projects;
• Knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle: business requirements gathering project planning, scheduling, and tracking;
• Knowledge of Database Concepts and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
• Experience with Functional Specification Documentation (Case Specifications, Case Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams);
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio);
• Travel & Hospitality Experience (preferred);
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) (preferred);
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) (preferred);
• SQL / Query Tools (preferred);
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field (4 years);
• US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
