Senior Technical Business Analyst (Cisco)
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals is looking for Senior Technical Business Analyst - Cisco.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze, interpret and understand the business requirements for contact center automation;
• Participate in defining the project vision, scope & description;
• Liaise with business stakeholders to define requirements;
• Gather and document business requirements;
• Formulate functional requirements and use cases;
• Participate in the deployment planning and execution;
• Represent stakeholder requirements as a project team member;
• Perform additional analysis as required by the project;
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing;
• Develop project documentation including system capabilities;
• Perform End User Training as needed.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven requirements gathering and business requirements writing, functional specifications writing, and use case development experience;
• Understanding of the business requirements for contact center automation in one or more of the following areas:
- Cisco VoIP Telephony, CTI screen pops, Webview, Exony and CRM (Siebel or Force.com), Reporting, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance Monitoring and associated integrations;
- Self Service and Process Optimization: Web and IVR enablement;
- Contact Center Automation Tools: Email, Chat, Knowledge Management, Templates / Webforms, Universal Queue;
• Customer service experience;
• Experience developing communication processes and procedures to facilitate the exchange of information among internal and external groups;
• Bachelor's degree;
• U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
