Software Engineer IV
Onsite: On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Full Benefits, Interview Expenses are Reimbursed, Relocation Assistance Available.
Description: Our Client is looking for Software Quality Engineer in Olympia, WA / Seattle, WA / Portland, OR / Lewiston, ID.
Responsibilities:
• Work with many groups within IT and with the business on analysis, design and development efforts to ensure high-quality testable deliverables;
• Plan, design, develop and execute automated and manual test cases and track defects;
• Provide direction to others in programming and debugging, and in analyzing and solving program and system issues and problems;
• Lead small to mid-size quality assurance efforts.
Requirements:
• 6 years of test engineering experience;
• 4 years of experience designing, creating, executing and debugging performance test scripts or debugging advanced automation test scripts;
• 6 years of test automation or development experience using an object oriented language, preferably Java or C#;
• Experience writing performance test scripts;
• Experience in working with development to identify the underlying cause of application or system performance issues;
• Experience in writing detailed test plans and performance test plans;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
