Principal Java Spring Framework Developer
Onsite: On location at the Client s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.

Description: Our Client, the leading marketing and digital solutions company, is looking for a Principal Java Spring Framework Developer to join its engineering team and implement its marketing vision using the latest software technologies and frameworks. The company offers the opportunities for career growth and personal development in the rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining and implementing application level architecture, participate in architecture design teams and develop original and creative technical solutions meeting scalability, security, quality, and performance standards;
• Responsible for development, design, and maintain web interfaces for new and existing software products;
• Responsible for development of web applications that utilize a JQuery / AJAX user interface and a Java Spring Framework;
• Responsible for analyzing the requirements for new products/product enhancements including research of new technologies;
• Responsible for collaboration with Front End Web Developers, UI / Graphic Designers, UX Designers, and Product Management on feature prioritization, design, and implementation;
• Responsible for writing the unit tests and collaborate with QA on their UI test plans;
• Responsible for leading the junior-level software engineers.
Requirements:
• Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining web sites and applications (5 + years);
• Experience with web programming using Java / Spring or J2EE / JSPs (5+ years);
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON-based asynchronous APIs, and at least one JavaScript library (YUI, Dojo, Ext JS, JQuery, YUI, etc.);
• Experience with MVC Design Patterns in web applications;
• Experience with EXT-JS / EXT.net;
• Experience with agile development process;
• Experience in multithreading, data validation, authentication and authorization, cryptography, relational databases, and API design (preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent;
• U.S. Citizens and/or Permanent Residents only.
