We initiate the process by having meetings with the customer where the need discovery process and needs analysis takes place.

We initiate our research by investigating all possible solutions to your needs, not just the first that comes to mind. Our research for better, cheaper, fastest and safest solutions never stops.

With the information gathered, our team brainstorms the best solution available and will make a presentation to you with the proposed path working within your standards, platform, deadlines, budget, communication needs, etc.

With your feedback, we will then update and put together a second presentation including flowcharts and initial specifications.

Once you approve of them, we will prototype the application and size it completing the discovery stage.

A formal proposal will be provided to you, for your acceptance, detailing every element of the application, processing, data capture, hardware, storage, administration, security, recovery and communication needs.
